On September 24, CRAS made a presentation on amateur radio to engineering students and faculty at the Soyapango campus of Universidad Don Bosco.
Students and teachers enjoyed the presentation and made allusive questions, mentioning the possibility of establishing a mutual cooperation agreement and of installing and operating a radio station on campus. With more than 10,000 students, UDB is very well recognized, especially in fields such as engineering and aircraft maintenance, and recently inaugurated the most powerful astronomic observatory in the region. The photo shows José Arturo Molina, YS1MS, CRAS president, with some students and teachers holding some of the equipment used for the presentation.
