During the recent visit of Pope Francisco to Cuba a huge mobilization of radio amateurs supported communications at all times, especially during mass caravans and at the places where different events took place.

Federación de Radioaficionados de Cuba (FRC) was congratulated by the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Transport. The National Executive of the FRC transmitted to all Cuban radio amateurs following message of congratulations. (in Spanish only)
