The XVII Session of the IARU Region 2 General Assembly will take place in Salinitas, Sonsonate, El Salvador from October 4 to 8, 2010. The Club de Radio Aficionados de El Salvador (CRAS) will be the host society for the conference.

It is the responsibility of all Region 2 Member Societies to attend the regional conference. You are encouraged to have enough members in your delegation in order to participate in all the various working committees of the conference.

El Salvador 2010 will deal with many important issues regarding the promotion and defense of amateur radio, HF band plans and other issues of importance to Member Societies within Region 2.

Further information will be sent soon by email to the delegates. Therefore it is important that each society notify the Secretary of Region 2 the names and email addresses the persons that will likely attend El Salvador 2010. Pre-registered delegates will receive the password to access the conference document section.
