Today, May 9, 2009 the new IARU President Timothy S. Ellam VE6SH and the new Vice-President Ole Garpestad, LA2RR take office. The members of Region 2 Executive Committee send an effusive greeting to them.
As of yesterday Tim served as IARU Vice President and Ole had recently finished his term as President of IARU Region 1.
Region 2 Executive Committee would also like to send our most sincere thanks and appreciation to the outgoing President Dr. Larry E. Price W4RA for his leadership during many years as President of IARU.
