IARU Region 2 Secretary met with officials from Radio Club Dominicano during a private visit to Santo Domingo. RCD President Hugo Ramón HI8VRS and Secretary Victor Baez HI8VBR show their impressive headquarters and report an increasing number of amateurs in the Dominican Republic. They will have elections in January 2008.
