3. Modes and bands: Contacts are valid in all HF bands and SSB, PSK31, RTTY, FT8 and Satellite VHF/UHF modes

5. A commemorative QSL will be sent via eQSL, bureau and direct with IRC or $ 3.00
6. There can also be participation of clubs, groups or independent operators from all countries, with official license granted by the authorities of their respective countries.
