The Radio Club Peruano and the Peruvian Ministry of Transport and Communications signed a Framework Convention of Inter-institutional Cooperation that we believe will appeal to the rest of the IARU Member Societies.

The agreement includes cooperation activities, reducing costs for licensing, renewal and change of category, the decline in the annual fee for the use of radio spectrum and exemption from the approval of equipment. It also provides for the confiscation of “at least 175 clandestine radio stations.”
