Radio Club Uruguayo directors met in recent days in the city of Colonia, Uruguay, with the Secretary of IARU Region 2 to review various administrative issues.

The RCU President Carlos Rodriguez CX7CO commented on the activities that the club is doing and update on the status of amateur radio in Uruguay. For his part, Secretary of IARU Region 2 Ramón Santoyo V, XE1KK, reiterated the importance of the RCU participate in the next General Assembly to be held in Cancun in September 2013.

From Radio Club Uruguayo attended President Carlos Rodriguez CX7CO, Secretary Marcelo Egües CX2DK and Treasurer Leonardo Correa CX3AL. Also present were Jorge Diez CX6VM and Diego Salom LU8ADX.
