The Radio Club Venezolano is celebrating their 75 Anniversary. As part of their activities IARU Region 2 President Reinaldo Leandro YV5AMH, left in the picture, was invited by RCV President Elvis Rodriguez YY5OHV to give a presentation about IARU to their members.
