The Radio Club Dominicano, RCD, give a talk “You can become a Radio Amateur” at the Aragon Polytechnic Institute in Santo Domingo.
This year the RCD celebrates its 90th anniversary and plans to present in different educational institutions conferences in which the value of amateur radio as a hobby and as an indispensable element in emergency communications is displayed.
