It is important that ALL the people who are going to attend this event or their Emergency Communications Workshop that follows, take the following actions as soon as possible:

2) Make your hotel reservation. Special rates and availability of spaces is limited. Do it now.

3) The Member Societies, Coordinators and members of the Executive Committee that attend must present a three-year report. The deadline to submit it and that can be translated is August 15. After that date we will only accept reports already translated into our two official languages: English and Spanish.
