The Executive Committee of IARU Region 2 met yesterday afternoon in virtual videoconference to discuss various points of its agenda.

The reports on the progress and preparations of the IARU R2 General Assembly that will be held in Lima, Peru, from September 30 to October 2, followed by the Emergency Communications Workshop, were highlighted.

The Executive Committee called on the Member Societies and coordinators to register as soon as possible to that event, to prepare their triennial report and other documents that wish to be presented at the General Assembly. For more information visit https://​lima​-2019​.net
